HoursCalc has no accounts and no database. Every calculator runs in your browser; the times you type are not sent anywhere.

Saved time cards

When you save a time card, or while you are filling one in, it is stored in your browser’s localStorage under keys starting with hourscalc.. It never leaves your device and we cannot see it. Clearing your browser data removes it, or use the button below.

The AI punch reader

If you click “Fill my card” on the time card calculator, the text you pasted is sent to our server and to an AI model via Vercel AI Gateway, only to turn it into clock-in and clock-out times. We don’t store it or use it for anything else. Please don’t paste names, employee IDs or other personal details.

Analytics

We use Ahrefs Web Analytics to count page views. It is cookieless and does not build a profile of you.
